Stopped to have a tire checked that went flat after drinking home from a mechanics shop. They got me in within a few hours. Pulled the tire and submerged it, no air leak showed. They took the tire off the rim to make sure there was on puncture. There was not. Put it all back on the vehicle and checked my spare on the underside of my truck bed. Everything checked out, no issues, checked the air in the other tires. They spent about an hour. To make sure the tires were ready for a rod trip...All at no cost. Yes, you read that right. For free! I found out new tire shop!!!!

Discount Tire Of West Melbourne is an excellent store with the best employees. Always courteous, knowledgeable, and most pleasant. All the employees I've dealt with over the last few years I'm living in the area have been great, and my very recent experience with senior assistant manager Austin has been equally great! Prices are fair, and they really stand behind their product providing multiple extra services like tire rotations and balancing.. Really a perfect operation and a pleasure to do business with them. Thank you Discount Tire!

The sales people are very friendly. A couple of them are pushing for appointments, which is great but I made an appointment for 10 o’clock today. Got here 15 minutes early. They finally started helping me at 10 o’clock. It is five minutes till 11. My truck is still sitting exactly where it was and they say they take appointments first I don’t see that happening. That’s why they got two stars. they’re usually fairly quick usually always friendly but this is ridiculous if you have an appointment at 10 o’clock, they should be helping you by 10:15. So the truck went back yet 10:58 and it was done by 11:15 they did check the balancing on the tires they even wrote where the tires came off of and put them exactly back in the same spot so they did not rotate them I watched him write the letters on the tires and they said they’re rotate them them which they did not

I had such a great experience at Discount Tire this morning. I came in unexpectedly with a nail in my tire, and Dalton immediately jumped in to help. He was extremely hands-on and was able to get me taken care of hours before my scheduled appointment, which I truly appreciated. The entire staff was hospitable, professional, and very friendly. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I always feel like my car is safe and well taken care of when I come here. They’re also incredibly knowledgeable, which gives me a lot of confidence in the service they provide. I highly recommend this location. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would!

I had an outstanding experience at Discount Tire. Isiah went above and beyond for me, even though I showed up close to closing time. He never made me feel rushed and made sure everything was handled properly. Him and his manager Eric both stayed on top of everything and made sure I was completely taken care of. That level of customer service is hard to find nowadays. Professional, respectful, and truly top notch from start to finish. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!
